From there, he diversified his expertise by assuming various pivotal roles in the owner's new build teams, demonstrating his versatility as a Marine Engineer, Surveyor, and Field Engineer for a distinguished Norwegian shipyard. His contributions were instrumental during the life extension of FPSO Jotun A, further solidifying his reputation as an industry stalwart. He spearheaded project management, quality control, reporting, and even launched his own venture. As an Advisor, he's been instrumental in planning and managing technical area reconstructions, further displaying his wide-ranging skills. Viktor's years of experience illustrate his ability to treat colleagues with professionalism while executing tasks efficiently.

Inge André has had a diverse mechanical career spanning across the auto, maritime, and oil and gas sectors for 25 years. His journey began with hands-on roles, which soon transitioned into field service and later project management for clients in the Norwegian continental shelf. Inge André is not only versed in the oil and gas domain but also has valuable experience in the renewable energy industry.
